During Lockdown 1.0, we reinvented ourselves as a Take Away outlet,
just to keep us going at first. But it soon became apparent that we would be able to offer this alongside the pub being open as well.
Collection is available 7 days a week and it is always best to give as much notice as possible to help the kitchen.
Takeaway's from the PizzaBox can be ready in as little as 10 minutes!
Accommodation
We have Three Letting rooms at The George
all situated on the first floor, so access includes one flight of stairs.
All our Rooms Now Have Super Kingsize Beds,
their own en-suite Shower Rooms, Hairdryers &
a Small Fridge for any goods you bring.
Complimentary wash products, Tea, Coffee,
Hot Chocolate, Bottled Water, Biscuits &
A Full Cooked English Breakfast
are included in the price you pay.
The PizzaBox
Our new addition to our food offering at The George,
freshly cooked Stone-baked Pizzas straight from the Box outback.
Order the same way through one of the servers and mix and match the menus on offer. Something available for all tastes.
